Sometimes we use different personalities for different situations. Acknowledging how you react to every type of failure is the key to building a stronger defense.
Our goal is to create awareness of our personalities and to first establish a distance between WHO we are and WHAT we do when we fail that hinders our ability to recover. Once we understand that we have the ability to choose our reactions, the burden of failure is lighter and we can get back to competing at our best.
